Ronan

Co-Founder

Ronan is a co-founder of Donor Link and brings 15 years of fundraising expertise, specialising in donor acquisition and face-to-face fundraising. Over his career, he has managed campaigns that have acquired more than 150,000 new donors for leading charities across Australia. He began his career with Cornucopia, rising to manage a large Brisbane team before launching his own franchise under the Aida Group, Rush Marketing. In 2017, he co-founded Surge Direct, building one of Australia's most successful face-to-face fundraising agencies on an employment model. Ronan now brings this extensive face-to-face knowledge and experience into Donor Link, ensuring our clients benefit from proven strategies, strong performance, and a deep understanding of field fundraising.

Ross

Co-Founder

Ross started his career in professional practice at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Since then, he has started and developed various businesses across many fields. Most recently creating a startup that became one of the Top 5 Providers in the Australian NDIS space. His ability to build and nurture innovative teams and systems makes him an asset. Ross has a passion for driving efficiency through innovation. He looks forward to transferring some of the lessons from his previous business to build a strong results focused team.

Stef

Co-Founder

With over 10 years of industry experience, Stef has been a driving force in Donor Link's growth, helping shape the business alongside the leadership team from the ground up. She thrives on building and optimising processes across multiple departments, ensuring our operations scale seamlessly as client needs evolve. Stef is passionate about solving problems and creating innovative solutions that empower both our team and our clients. She's constantly seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance performance, and support our people in doing their best work. For Stef, one of the most rewarding parts of the fundraising sector is its ability to nurture talent from all walks of life. She believes success here is all about commitment and passion: the more you put in, the more you get out.

Jamie

Chief Technology Officer

Jamie brings a proven track record in leading high-performance teams and transforming technology functions. In his previous leadership roles, Jamie successfully delivered on growth, performance, and technical excellence in catch of the day and more recently wise tech. Jamie's expertise spans solution architecture, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS), Agile methodologies, and strategic product development. His leadership is defined by a strong focus on people, culture, and outcomes, driving value through scalable systems and modern engineering practices.

Chris

General Manager

Chris is an accomplished commercial and fundraising leader with over eight years' experience across charity and agency sectors. He has a proven record of driving growth, including a 700% increase in yearly supporter acquisitions at World Vision Australia. Previously Head of Client Services at IVE Group | Pareto, Chris led campaigns for many of Australia's leading charities. With deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, he brings a well-rounded perspective across the entire donor lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention.

Markus

General Manager, Advance Impact

Originally from Sweden, Markus made Brisbane his home and discovered a lifelong passion for fundraising. What began as a temporary role quickly grew into a career spanning both charity and agency sides of the sector. At Donor Link, Markus leads our Advance Impact call centre team, combining his love for data-driven insights with hands-on leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. He believes that smart analysis unlocks the best donor engagement strategies and thrives on creating an environment where his team can succeed.

Nico

Head of Customer & Product

Nico is a pragmatic fundraising strategist with more than nine years' experience delivering campaigns that have generated over $100 million in regular and single giving donations. He has led major projects across digital, telemarketing, AI/ML, and DRTV, consistently driving growth and impact for some of Australia's most respected for-purpose organisations. At Donor Link, Nico focuses on advancing fundraising best practice through innovation and strategic refinement. Passionate about continuous improvement, he is committed to achieving exceptional results for our clients and the sector.

Linnea

Head of Client Services, Advance Impact

Linnea is a strategic, people-focused fundraising leader with seven years’ experience delivering high-performing telemarketing and digital lead-conversion programs across Australia and New Zealand. With a background in education and a passion for environmental and humanitarian causes, she brings a blend of clear-headed problem solving, empathy, and no-nonsense execution to every project. At Donor Link, Linnea leads Client Services at Advance Impact and plays a key role in shaping how teams, processes, and campaigns come together to deliver exceptional results. She’s known for building strong client partnerships, lifting performance through smart optimisation, and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work. Driven by continuous improvement (and a genuine love of good data), Linnea thrives on turning complex challenges into practical solutions that make fundraising smoother, smarter, and more impactful for clients and donors alike.
